Age Restriction
Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Nannup Ridge Estate. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
Ordering Online
Ordering securely online is the quickest and easiest method to purchase your Nannup Ridge Estate wine selections. By entering your details into our secure form, we are able to process your transaction immediately and have your order shipped in the shortest time possible.
Your credit card details are not stored in our system, but are encrypted and passed through our payment gateway and onto the bank where they are securely encrypted.
You may also order by Email or Telephone.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by Visa, Master Card and American Express. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed.
Secure Online Ordering
Protecting your personal and order information is very important to us at Nannup Ridge Estate. We want you to be able to order from us with total confidence. As such we have created a secure transaction environment. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Our secure online shopping cart meets industry standard for encryption technology to protect your online order information. SSL encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you to us. Encryption provides you with security and peace of mind when your browser and local network supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Delivery
Delivery is free to WA, $20 for Case Capital Cities, and $25 for rest of Australia. Delivery is via Australia Post or our nominated carrier. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) make take up to 10 working days.
International Delivery
Please email us with any inquiries regarding deliveries outside Australia.
Availability
Please understand wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
Packaging
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 12 bottles.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us to request return instructions, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.
